It's possible for two people to visit Paris for a few days, stay in a nice hotel, have three good meals each day, and spend less than 100€ per person per day, total—even less if you rent an apartment, or just a bed.

It's somewhat easier to stay in a nice hotel if you're willing to spend 150€ per person, particularly in busy tourist seasons.

If you stay for a few days, a week or two, you can rent a small apartment, get more convenience and space, save by preparing some of your own meals, perhaps share your lodging costs with friends, and lower your daily cost for lodging and food to as little as 70€ to 80€ per person per day. (Try that in Singapore, New York, London or Tokyo!)
